***Monday, July 10, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Tim Bertling, Commissioner Wally Cossairt, Commissioner Ben Robertson, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser.

Commissioners said the Pledge of Allegiance.

9:00 a.m., Attorney Tom Bushnell joined the meeting to discuss a request made for a private cemetery. County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull and Bonners Ferry Herald Staff Writer Emily Bonsant also joined the meeting.

Commissioners' Meeting Minutes - Week of May 22, 2023 Corrected

***Clerk’s Note: The following minutes have been corrected from their original form. The correction made to the original approved minutes can be found in the paragraph starting at toward the top of Page 3. The corrections were made to reflect that Mr. Poland made the statement regarding setting his foundation before material showed up as well as Mr. Poland stating he originally started in year 2017, as opposed to Mr. Fisher making these statements. The correction also adds a rebuttal Mr. Poland made to Mr. Fisher’s comment that “the containers were in place before that.” Mr.
