Commissioners' Meeting Minutes - Week of May 20, 2019

***Monday, May 20, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Dan Dinning, Commissioner Wally Cossairt, Commissioner Walt Kirby, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser.

Blue Sky Broadcasting News Reporter Mike Brown and County Resident Marty Martinez were in attendance of the meetings off and on throughout the day.

9:00 a.m., Road and Bridge Department Assistant Superintendent Renee Nelson and Foreman Randy Morris joined the meeting to give the department report. A written report was submitted.

Commissioners' Meeting Minutes - Week of May 27, 2019

***Monday, May 27, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners did not meet due to the Memorial Day Holiday.

***Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Commissioner Wally Cossairt, Commissioner Walt Kirby, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser. Chairman Dan Dinning was out of the office tending to other matters.

Commissioner Kirby moved to appoint Commissioner Wally Cossairt Acting Chairman in the absence of Chairman Dan Dinning. Commissioner Cossairt second. Motion passed unanimously.
